I'm planing on building a self contained  mining box that can hold up to 45 of the new bitfury USB miner cards.

http://s24.postimg.org/wgbz9m8ph/DSC01845.jpg
http://s18.postimg.org/bn71mc009/DSC01848.jpg

This is the prototype it is built and is fully working. The one shown is a bit smaller then the final one will be.
The changes that will be made in the final model are seen below

1.) The white top will be black to mach the paint on the wood.
    2.) The box will be 10 1/2 x 14 x 4 1/2 inches in size vs 10 x 14 x 3 /8 as shown above
3.) It will have 2 80mm exhaust instead of the 3 50mm on the prototype
5.) The case will be painted black
6.) The fanholes will have a fan grill over them

I'm looking to see if their is any interest in this product. before i  submit a listing to sell them.
If interested in this product please post here.

The price will be $250 to $300 USD depending on cost of buying materials. But at this time its is not set in stone.
I may take BTC as while as USD's.

for the people thinking this is flammable here is some info on that.http://www.engineeringtoolbox.com/wood-combustion-heat-d_372.html.
but in short Wood solids starts to burn (near 575 oF, 300 oC)

current spec's projected for final product.
   1.) Size (10 1/2 x 14 x 4 1/2) (with x length x height)
   2.) About a 6ft black power cord
   3.) 45 usable usb ports
   4.) 100 mbit/s Ethernet hookup
5.) Painted black with a black plastic top
6.) 4 hubs will be hooked up thou a squid hub and 1 hub directly to the Raspberry PI
7.) Up to 200 watts peek 5v dc output at
8.) Raspberry PI with minepeon installed will need to be configured for your accounts.

Why is wood a big no?
ref:http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/301607-31-wooden-case
The temp are fine as while. As less then 1% of the heat exchange happens thou the  case. the 99% happen thou the moving of the air thou the case.
As while the wood dampens the noise made by the fans.

Nice design. Self contained... Will you be adding a raspi into it? Also wood is rather flammable probably best to try and find a less flammable material. Good build though!

Edit: may just be my experiences with wood that make me see the possible problems...

Message me if you have any problems

There's nothing wrong with wood. I built boxes for all my gear with white coated plywood. You just need diamond tipped sawblades and an edge bonding machine to make it look nice. No problems after almost 2 years of mining.

Those are the cheap chinese hubs that you can get for anywhere between 8 and 15 dollars, often with a worthless power supply included.

He is using 9 of the 10 ports, just like me.  The 10th hub is sticking out the end and is not accessible in his box.  I don't use it either because I don't want an erupter sticking out the end.

anyone knows whats the maximum 1 rpi can handle is?
about 50 erupters by all reports.
