Great news! When do you expect to order this bad boy?

I'm guessing this is the question I am supposed to answer as DZ didn't quote anything =)

Technically we have the order placed and some payment for it sent, the remainder will be sent as soon as the receiving wallet receives the funds if I'm not mistaken we get entered into the production Q at the time of full payment being received (meaning the faster the shares are paid for the faster we get placed in Q).

Yes, this is correct.

There's 2 Qs at Bitmine: a reservation Q, and a production Q. We're currently on the reservation Q. Any new reservations will come after us.

We move to the production Q once we're all paid up.

The site will automatically accept the order when the address gets the payment to complete the order you just need to send

Thank you, Etienne!

I''m currently seeing 21 shares available on our site, and 15 shares in soft reservations on this thread.

Please get those BTC payments in to Thomas as soon as you can so we can enter the production Q. Mahalo.

After talking things over with Thomas and comparing notes, we're reopening this Round 7.

30 shares available!

TL;DR: $70 = 8-12GH/s, includes an estimated 20 minutes UPS/Battery backup + the world's lowest hosting fees during this limited time introductory period: 2.75% hosting/management fees + incremental overclocking with careful monitoring of hardware temps and error rates.

35 shares in soft reserve (including 20 with bobsag3).

BTW, the deadline for free shipping (which saves us at least $2+ per share) is Monday, 10/14.

So we really need to get reservation payments in this weekend if we're going to benefit from free shipping.

We're also live on ebay for 10 shares: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=131018101196

Can someone please test this link for me?

Depending on when payments clear and soft reservations are paid (or not), these eBay shares may be shifted to Round 8 hosted on the same Rig as at-cost add-on modules.

Thanks Etienne!

I hope so too. Since it's my job to think ahead and to think of contingency plans: There is a plan B we can attempt as a "Hail Mary Pass" (American Football reference) but I'd rather not go that route or go into details quite yet. It would salvage securing free shipping if we go with this plan B.

I am a bit confused. This offering is priced in $USD, and yet it's supposed
to be paid for in Bitcoin? What's the expected exchange rate, or do I get
to choose my own rate?  Smiley

I am not surprised that it's priced in $$$, since virtually all the "inputs"
(i.e. the miner, shipping, etc) have a $$$ price attached and not a Bitcoin
price.

Since I am a complete on Noob on actually completing a transaction with
Bitcoin, will I get a TX-id if I send the Bitcoins from my newly opened
Coinbase account?

Thanks for your patience.

The site calculates the exchange rate it uses an average rate so if there is a slight spike (that happens in 10-15minutes) or a low point that doesn't last for long it doesn't affect the price.

I've always used electrum to send transactions so not sure how you can get your txid from coinbase I believe you can but its better if you send the coins from an address you control.

I think since the Bitmine is somewhat modular, it would be add on modules for the existing rig.  Or cointerra...in which case I hope I have btc available to throw at that too.

Hey, we're sold out!

I love waking up to sold out Group Buys in the Co-op.  Grin

Mahalo everyone!

==

Hey Thomas: Let's open up Round 8 and see how much more funds show up before our payment tonight. I'll start a separate thread in a bit if you can update our site.

Deal?  Grin
