If you are from the US and just never tried to join in ICO that was a simple thing. That is the world. The majority of the icos were running outside of the US itself. Even SEC has no idea about those are running icos outside of US.

They are trying to crackdown those are running in the US.
While at the same time the majority of Canadian countries are more friendly with ico and they are trying to take the advantage by regulating it.

SEC can set and ban ico in the US, but not to outside the US. Maybe they will affect the crypto market, but not to ban it. I think they're jealous of seeing Venezuela get a lot of money from Petro

Already do that, after get pay I'll sell it become currency. I believe currency is safer than crypto/ coin/ token because has clearly rules supported by government and have back up capital. But I'll respect people with huge faith that crypto is special and more safe than currency, it's only about opinion. Important thing is, if crypto market crush ( scam ) currency market will still stand up. Currency is better than crypto.

you should give some STRONG evidence with ICO will die this year . Since Government here in our country doing their best to regulate cryptocurrency it is a good indication that crypto will last and will not die like what you are saying .

Your thoughts are not based even on sound logic. First, all countries can no longer simply ban the ICO. Most likely, in the near future ICO campaigns will be regulated, and this does not mean that they will be declared illegal. Secondly, even if ICO campaigns are banned, this does not mean prohibiting tokens that were released as a result of the ICO earlier.
The ICO campaigns are still very much in demand and make a good contribution to the development and improvement of the crypto currency.

As long as there is a country not prohibited, these things will exist, even if it is full of scams, but as long as more than 30% is true, I think it is worth living in the cryptocurrency world, you need to have your own judgments.
