when mining with XMR Stak are the default settings set to use 100% of the video cards power ? Cuz I noticed that since I been mining with XMR stak it doesnt seem to be using 100% of the card. Any settings I should change ?

No. if I am not mistaken then 2 percent goes to the developer of the miner.

You need to supply more information to your question in order for people to answer it. Like what card/s are you using; Nvidia or AMD? Model# etc...

I believe they are currently working on updating the emission rate in order to reduce the block reward. They also going to implement the latest LWMA difficulty algorithm + other improvements. This will definitely help the value of the coin grow organically. So far I'm very impressed with the coin. Wallet works fantastic (this has got to be the fastest synching CLI/GUI wallet I've ever used). Very impressed at the refinement of such a young project.
