The cards themselves seem fine.  Make sure you buy name-brand power supplies and have the capacity to handle that many GPUs.  You might also want to look in to using HP 1200 server power supplies.  They are inexpensive when compared to regular PC power supplies.

those good cards, you can to mine in the Ethash algorithm such ETH or ETC coin. you can be modifying bios and OC for to increase a hashrate but be careful. if would buying again those card better buying 8GB.

At those prices I don´t think you will make a good deal frankly. Ethereum difficulty is too high at the moment even with decent cards like those it may go PoS before you get Pay Back.

400 euros is very expensive. I do not recommend you to buy GPU at this price. The largest number of miners now mining Ethereum. Now appeared Bitmain E3. but seems its per piece, and no good for me, I acquire my GPU's Rx580 last yr at 290$ and its an 8GB variants

4GB should be fine at 250$ and might be a good deal
