Hi all

since the breakdown of bitcointalk.org we know how easy it is to attack the community on central services. It was a good sign that no serious implication has been on the market (even not the SR shutdown  Grin ). But on the other side we have also the experience from Bitcoin itself how much better distributed, trustless systems work.

Therefor I suggest two applications to be created:

1. distributed discussion board system based on the Bitmessage platform and protocol

2. distributed market place for for coins also based on the technology of Bitmessage

With these kind of services nobody would be able to shutdown or interrupt the community anymore.

What is your opinion - anybody there to create a paper ?

I don't think that bitmessage could handle the volume of a forum such as this.

Maybe - maybe not - but if not it is worth to find algorithms and protocols that enable it to handle this volume of messages.
