How lucrative is Bounty management

Good day folks
I have watched and seen how bounty campaigns have potentially made hundreds and tens of thousands of dollars within a year for some bounty hunters especially those ranking high in BTT. That said, I see some bounty managers predominantly the Amazix guys in recent days manage a couple of bounty campaigns simultaneously. I currently have a particular bounty manager in three of my ongoing campaigns atm.
Though the job requires a lot of time, am I correct to say that these managers are rewarded extravagantly? Please share your thoughts as I look towards pursuing that endeavor in the future.

Actually bounties are not sure about the complete income. If you think they are making million dollar that is not completely right. That token should be first listed to the exchange within some months.
If the token does not listed there. investors and bounty participants are completely looser.
Very few ICO only get successful in the market. You should first learn the knowledge to find the good ICO then only go to check the amount they earn or something.

It is very important to understand the technology of the project, to understand people and the basics of the crypto world. This is the drawback when you are engage into a bounty program.If you are a manager or a bounty participant then there are not assurance that you will able to make some serious cash yet it all depends if those tokens would be listed or not.The thing here about manager that they can somehow make a diversion towards into their salary according to their agreement since ive known that some managers are paid thru btc and not thru altcoins but in most cases bounty manager will really accept tokens most of the time.
