I am working with a company creating a institutional bridge to the crypto world and will be assisting in the launch of an ICO related to the exchange. Could I get some suggestions from the community as to how to best filter out the scam ICOs as they show up? What particular piece of information or action are they unlikely to be able to produce to verify that they are worth listing if they are planning an exit or other type of scam?

Keep in mind, all KYC and licensing has already been received and completed.
