This morning I thought my PSU went dead, but after closer inspection the green power connect to my erupter blade has melted.  From the looks of it, 2 negative wires may have slipped (had issues keeping them secure).  The blade looks ok, hopefully...

Anywhere I can pick up another connector or fabricate another power plug to make sure my blade isn't toast?   Cry

According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

After further review it was the wires slipping out of the socket that caused the issue.  One of the screws felt stripped and would not tighten as much as I'd like.

I was able to find a phoenix connector at a local OEM parts shop and thank the heavens the blade is still in working order.

If you have multiple Blades, get a backplane and a server power supply.  You won't regret it.
