Hi i know thas a long shot but i am out of ideas.

i deposited NEM to poloniex with right adress and right message code given by them. Transfer got all comfirmations needed but and coins gone to their wallet BUT not shoen in my balance or history.

i opened a ticket as you know poloniex doesnt reply in a long time while i am searching for a way to contact them i saw a message in reddit which people asks for a help from /u/mike but the post is inactive now and i cant post there ...

So i am asking help from here if someone know something to help my issue i ll be really glad...

That happens to all exchange at times but poloniex really have a bad support team.

Nobody can help you with the issue you have here.

The only way for them to sort out your issue is if they see your ticket somehow and then respond to it. That is pretty much the only way. They do not actively respond to anything on social media or reddit.

Your only chance to get your coin is to essentially, keep waiting. Play the waiting game. Nothing more you can do.
