they wish for it to be at a discount when they get paid their wage to buy in cheap.. then they wish for it to jump in price the very same week to cash back out because they owe rent and need groceries.. then they repeat the same thing over and over again remember for every bunch of people wanting a discount day(drop), theres also people wanting profit day(rise) it will be the same every time. and forever. for every buyer there is a seller.. its how trade works first lesson to learn. take emotion out of it. when the price drops. dont cry saying you cant make profit, instead think of it as a discount day and a god time to buy more cheap when the price rises. dont cry its too expense to buy in, instead think of it as a profit day and a good time to sell some to have spare cash to get in more at the next discount.. just never sell at a loss |

It's true that a lot of people do not like bitcoin and expect bitcoin to stop, maybe they have a very disappointing story from bitcoin or maybe they want bitcoin prices go down deeper and they continue to make purchases at a cheap price.

You don't have to worry about that, if you're afraid that you bought it a high price and you might lose profit, you can buy again some bitcoins when it's still at low price if you have an extra money. So when the price of bitcoins increased 2-3x. You will gain a big profit. |

if you can only invest and want returns within a week, only throw in amounts that wont leave you out of pocket for a week. emotion is not something traders should have. and if its something that makes you physically sick when theprice drops, then you have to detach your emotions or just stop checking the price so often to cause vomit episodes if your going to cry at each weekly movement then maybe investing isnt for you forget about the weekly ups and downs if your not prepared to buy/sell every week forget about the weekly ups and downs if your are waiting to multiply profits.. just hold it and take emotion out of it, and wait for the long term rise |

maybe they're jealous of bitcoin, or they're up to something to expect the bitcoin price to go down with the news. which I know since bitcoin is launched until now the bitcoin enthusiasts are getting bigger and this will make bitcoin more glorious. |

Some people wish for the bitcoin to experience crash because they want to buy a lot of it. If the price of bitcoin is very low, most of us will buy as much as they can and hold it for a very long time. Thats their way on how they will gain profit in bitcoin. |

Because at this point, there are more people out of Bitcoin than there are in. Some of these people are hating on Bitcoin for various reasons:
- Because they missed the Bitcoin train (jealous)
- Because bitcoin is a threat to them (example, banks)
- Because they can not control Bitcoin (tyrannical governments)
- Because they just don't understand Bitcoin (I can't count how many times I still hear people saying Bitcoin is a scam)
There are several other reasons why people hate Bitcoin, but these are the main ones I can think of. On the bright side, people hating on Bitcoin and wishing it crashes has never stopped it's advancement. It might create short-term uncertainty, but in the long run, Bitcoin always prevails and continues to prove the nay sayers wrong.

Most likely jealousy for missing out on the initial spike. I would say now isn't too bad of a time to invest but it goes without saying people want to buy low, sell high. Stock market is has the same type of people hoping for crashes to buy up on the dip then cash out later.

Maybe because they think bitcoin is a scam! Many people are not believing in bitcoin because they dont even try it. They just want to crash bitcoin because they just want too, they didnt think the people who are using it in a good way, they didnt think the people who use bitcoin because they want to earn for their family  I hope bitcoin wilp not gone so that many people can use it and they can earn for their needs. |

Maybe it's because of the crab mentality, they can't bear other's success. They didn't own bitcoin. They just observed the price of bitcoin and did not invest earlier and now they are jealous of those who invested and got huge profits. |

Brcause they want to buy it with the cheaper price, they don't realise that if the price crashed down too many then the investors will hesitate to put the money and many people will have negative speculation of it, so crashing is not good for bitcoin publicity, little correction will be good for bitcoin but crashing is not
