What makes you think so? As it often happens, it is just a vocal minority that makes it look like something which it is simply not. Most people who are holding some bitcoins are definitely pro-growth. Of course, there are a lot of other people who want Bitcoin to die but they don't have a satoshi, so why should we care? They cannot bring the price down by selling their stashes since there's none. The only thing they can do is to open their mouths and say something negative against Bitcoin.

they just want to get in. It is merely a FOMO. Peiple wanted the price to drop to buy more. Then when they eat up all the cheap coins prices will rise or they will wait for it and sell. Not just those who are late, one thing you do not understand is that those whales who have already sold at the peak, do not really care how low it gets as they have all the bucks to buy in whenever they want to and those who even missed the low back then, are the small fish that even when the time comes, they will still not take the opportunity to buy at dips. Crash gives room for more future profit and chance to have a better position in the market for the future when the profit keeps kicking in.

I don’t know the reason but I think that those people want to hold maximum quantity of bitcoin and to devalue bitcoin they give such nonsense statements that bitcoin will crash in the future. Those that wish for the price to crash and see sub 1k prices again are very similar to those that want to see bitcoin skyrocketing and see ridiculously high prices, they do not have a lot of money and they want to make up the difference with a greater volatility in the price but bitcoin is not going to move as they want just because they wished for it, so for all of those that are in those circumstances the only thing I can say is that if you want to see those profits then you need to take the risk and invest in altcoins.
