Try bitminter.com
They have thier own custom software to download. Can't go wrong with it really hardly any configuration (if any) needed to get started

yeah that´s good idea for start, just you will need download drivers for devices, log in and go on later you should get cgminer and try to understand how this staff works... for start just read readme in cgminer file

Grats on your purchase!
everyone has their prefs. I started with bitminter, and now use CGminer as I have moved forward.

Bitminter is definitely the easiest mining software to use.

1x Block Erupter Seems more like for educational purpose I mine with 7, If the comp could mine ith more, I would buy more, but I read there could come slow downs with more USB sticks plugged...

if you still buying low hash devices, I will prefer to use them to another SHA-256 coins and let hope their value will rise up in future but it´s just my point

Yea because that's the problem and not that they are never gonna reach positive ROI no matter how many you buy and how long you have them mining.

I started using BitMinter java miner in the beginning and it was quite easy to setup using the USB Erupters. I have now switched over to using bfgminer console program to mine and it has done fine using btcguild and bitminter pools.

Free electricity is nice thing, you may as well buy some old GPUs and let these run until their end
