Marketing is the building of  brand, and if you have to ask that question, you won't be able to do it.

If you mean "How can I sell on Bitcoin Talk? ", then the first requirement is to be able to read the rules and the stickies, then you should visit the selling boards, and look at the threads there to get some ideas.
