Usually people go towards nice images. My opinion about this project:
- this announcement looks pretty bad,
- coin logo is just a nightmare to be honest,
- it looks like they just want to get ETH and run away with it (send us ETH, we give you our worthless, coin),
- their pool, linked on their page, is not working right now,
- you pay 1 ETH for 10000 of their coin - it means you pay $0.065 for virtually nothing,
- "we collected 8 ETH so far but spend 6.6 ETH for marketing so far." - what is that 'marketing' they are talking about, because they didn't even 'invest' in this announcement,
- no pool seems to be interested in this project,
- they want to sell tokens in April, and start creating the 'real' (as they wrote) coin in the same month - I just simply don't like that,
- they want to get on exchanges in August, start the marketing campaign in September and get the price of this coin to $50 in December (wow?)
- company`s logo - holly molly,
- their company`s main page - HOLLY SH... MOLLY.

On a final note interesting thing from their coin explorer:

Wealth Distribution:
                  Amount (RECO)            %
Top 1-25   7354900.09800000   203.46

203%? Absolutely legit! Wink

True, true, i was thinking the same, while i was reading the Ann. Also the dev said that he created this coin by him self in 2 weeks, and had no time for nothing else...... i realy dont know how to how to relate this from a business perspective....

The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

Hey I made over a grand off of the coin while everyone else was hating on it instead of mining it, love the coin and making sure to stash some away.

I think this coin would really benefit from a pool like gos.cx getting ahold of it, it would provide lots of miners and tons of hashpower so the raise in hash needed wouldn't be a problem, plus the coins would be divided more equal betweens lots of miners of it.

The price of our cryptocurrency explodes at the moment! We reached a price of 56 US dollar cents today. 200% up today! And I expect the price increase further. I think the best is yet the come! https://www.referencecoin.co

Okay, which other coin has a encrypted reference line?
I am not aware of another coin which has such a feature?

Great work !

Will you apply for CoinMarketCap.com once you get a listing on a major exchange ? The exchange listing will accelerate the trading activity/price and coinmarketcap will let more people find Reference Line Coin.

@cadkas

With the new fork, I've installed the latest Windows wallet (fresh install), however it won't sync beyond block 49,636 and says there's more to sync.

So, what happened to this coin? The market cap seems to be in the cellar- is this project dead or still alive? There are no replies in this thread since May... Huh
