Which specific coin do you want to have its explorer? There are two ways to get it (no need to install anything to get explorers).
1) Its official website
2) Coinmarketcap (https://coinmarketcap.com/), visit the website, search the coin you want, then click on Announcement to go to its official bitcointal Announcement, where you can find its explorer.
Next step is copy and pasting anythin you want to search (address, hash, blocks, etc.)

Most of Blockchain Explorer are currently Web based, it's very rare to find an Program/App for PC.
With google searches I were unable to find App-based Blockchain Explorer except this one Github Project
https://github.com/iquidus/explorer
Use at your own risk though

Any particular reasons why do you want a program instead of web based explorer?
Web based can be accessed easily in just a few clicks Smiley

Why would you need one? You're safer off using online solutions because then you won't have to install anything on your computer. There are no reliability issues either, because you have a plethora to choose from. You also have to be online anyway to sync data. There may be reasons for it that I'm not seeing but in general, I would recommend just going for online ones, mostly because you risk getting malware from downloading some obscure program.
