Where and how can I get the best USB miners for the best price?

Also, I am wondering if this is a good USB port rig:

All you ever wanted to know about minign with the usb devices there

Group buy thread typically has the best price on usb miners without searching the for sale items individually.

I hear ASIC Eruptors are selling very low now.  Is there a reason for that?  Is the technology obsolete?

It takes a long time to break even lets just say that. They go for around $18

The difficulty of Bitcoin is over 189 million. The next difficulty level is 230 million. Chances are that any machine you buy will never break even. If you receive the machine at all.

You will most likely need a different power supply for that hub. I doubt it will have the 2.5W (500ma at 5VDC) per port required.

I'm sure you've heard this over and over again, but don't bother getting a USB miner if you are looking to make profit anytime soon.

+1  I like to buy broken BEs now to convert into decorative lapel pins.  You could maybe break even if you choose to solo mine an alt coin before release...now the new alts like tek, joule, asicoin and butterfly coin seem to be for sale on exchanges so you could consider mining those options too.    If you're investigating this technology with the idea of earning more than .25 btc per device purchased, you're late.
