The testnet 2.0 will be released with the snapshot of block 5500000. Each holder of #ETC should be able to see balances. After the testnet release, the final mainnet will be released with the #CLO holdings. ETA: 23 march. Avoid selling #ETC as it has no direct relation to CLO.
