Any "cloud mining" site that does not have proof of mining is a definite scam. They guarantee profits. Many scammers make this claim to attract investors. Also, what cloud mining company has 15 year contracts? They will be gone long before then. Do not invest your money here, even if you do get paid out, this is a ponzi and will come crashing down eventually. It's not worth it.

As far as I know about cryptomining, it might be legit or scam. Some people who lucky enough to have 0.005 in their wallet are withdrawable, while anyone below 0.005 can't be withdrawn.
