The liquidity and the existence value of BTC are higher than gold, but the value of hedging is not good. The speculation can choose BTC, and the stable asset can buy gold.

Bitcoin is actually better than a gold today because its easy to get bitcoin instantly compare to a gold that you need to mine it in a deep core of the soil to get a little amount of gold. But as other said bitcoin and gold have un common difference like bitcoin cannot use to make jewelry, a gold medal etc. commonly thing that i see to both of this is its very valuable and have a high value of money today.

Outdated or not. Gold has been in use for at least 10,000 years. And the chances are that it will remain as a valuable asset, as long as the human species exists in this planet. The same can't be said about Bitcoin.

it is always the topic here in this discussion and it never gets old. i think bitcoin and gold have their unique differences, bitcoins value is volatile while gold does not its value remains constant and that could be a great thing. however bitcoin is digitally based so i think that is much better.

For me, gold is a valuable asset in this era but when the war began gold would be the place where many investors choose the most, then new to Crypotocurrency but if you look to the future Bitcoin prices will probably increase more than gold and may become the most valuable asset on the planet. yes bitcoin is better than gold because you can invest in bitcoin and will gain more than you invest in gold.
with gold investing you may get 10% profit in one year. but in bitcoin, you can get 2x more.

I think bitcoin will bring more profit than gold. By buying and storing bitcoin for a period of time and selling when high prices will be more profitable than investing in gold. Bitcoin's value always fluctuates, thus creating a high profit for investors. But investing in bitcoins is more risky than investing in gold.

Yes Bitcoin and gold are great for long-term investments but Bitcoin may be more profitable but also have a high risk of decline and uncertainty while gold is a safer investment and increases very slowly and steadily. Bitcoin, in fact, mathematics, no one can influence it, because mathematics can not be changed. That's why bitcoin is more independent and self-regulating unlike gold.

Theres a place for both, i don’t personally own gold though because I don’t know how to verify what i bought is genuine or goldplated tungsten (or lead spray painted im so bad at gold knowledge). Selling it isnt easy either, very few people would do a direct trade for gold precisely because its hard to verify it is legitimate.

For those reasons I prefer bitcoin because you cant fake the stuff with a little bit of knowledge.

I think bitcoin has higher value than gold but bitcoin will never be better than gold. Because bitcoin is a constantly changing currency. Bitcoin may terminate immediately. But for gold, that does not happen. Gold can be stored for long periods of time.

It is much hard to get gold than bitcoin,  and even gold has stable price and more expensive, bitcoin as well can give good amount when you trade and invest for its profit. Bitcoin can use for safe transactions as a currency unlike gold that you have amount in hand to buy things. They are different in aspects and use but both can change life if you have one.

Bitcoin has a lot to do with gold. But for investors it is better than gold. For example, gold cannot be moved quickly in space. And bitcoin can be moved quickly. Also it is easier than gold can be divided into parts.
