How can I get my mining rig to boot with underclocked memory?

MSI afterburner likes to default to a 1200mhz memory clock after a reboot leaving me with blazing hot cards after a power failure. What can I do to fix this?

I use ClockTweak on my 5770 to set my mem to 335 and it works great

At the bottom, has a check mark to save settings and apply them on restart. Cant mis it right at the bottom of afterburn
