How to secure your account!
SECURITY NOTICE ON BITCH - Bitfinex

Currently, Twitter frauds are occurring on the SECURITY level. Everyone should note that the trading floors, namely Bitfinex, do not have any gift programs or ask for money back from the user. So be cautious when meeting the above information and carefully investigate before giving money to any organization.

Note:
- The only Bitfinex account on Twitter is Bitfinex
- The official account will have a blue checkmark next to it
- Make sure the username and username match the official account
- Be wary and prudent when interacting with any advertising account that gives you gifts or calls for contributions or income guarantees.

Many people are falling into the traps of these fake accounts on twitter. They were very quick to ban ICOs ads, but they have not done anything about these accounts .

It is important to select an exchange that is not only flexible and easy to use but also reputable and secure. Try to follow the news. If industry leaders disengage from a project it should be a worrying signal. Repeated technical problems and strange policies are additional points of concern.

Web exchanges and wallets all claim they treat security very seriously and implement all necessary protection technologies to prevent breaches and unauthorized transactions. Do not trust these words. Such companies are not banks; they often do not have the same level of security. And even banks get robbed often.

Securing your software wallet is similar to protecting any data on your computer. You have to be a little more paranoid while browsing the Internet, clicking on links and email attachments. Mobile users may take advantage of Google authenticator with a single IP in its whitelist, which should be the VPN to access the online exchange.

First, encrypting the wallet or your hole device enables you to create a password for those attempting to take out any money. Second, prior to creating an account on any exchange, set up a new email box that you will be using for that specific exchange account.

you can secure your account in various ways
can see in goole how to improve account security

little tips from me if you want to secure your account must have a strong passworn and do not often change your device when logging in and always delete history in your goole

another one is to add 2FA in your account this will provide strong security because only you who have access to the code if you log in

always create account with different character password, if you can set a password with above 15 characters like mew key word, your account will be more safe, and always active your 2fa and login message functions, these all are very helpful for a secured account.

Securing you wallet properly should be at the top of your priority list when it comes to being a crypto investor. Secure all your sensitive information relating to your wallet in a place where you know that no hackers can get to them. Especially your private keys because that is the most important thing when it comes to your wallet. You should make it a point to write a back up down on a paper and secure it.

USE A STRONG PASSWORD

Any password that contains only letters or recognizable words can be considered very weak and easy to break. A strong password must contain letters, numbers, punctuation marks and must be at least 16 characters long. The most secure passwords are those generated by programs designed specifically for that purpose. Strong passwords are usually harder to remember, so you should take care in memorizing it.

So it's really true, my friends talked about this, that now there are a lot of fraudsters in this area, they demand the return of the commission to the wallets, require some personal data, do not do it!

To avoid phising site i always login from bookmark link, and use all security features in exchange, and never use public wifi when login in to exchange account. Others more thing use privasi and unique email address and turn on the 2 step verification or 2 fa.

no matter how long that you make an password or no matter how difficult it is to guess, if are not be careful by clicking any sites or links that someone's give, they have a chance to hack your account. And also be careful on the information that you give because there's possibility your account may be hack.

Tell your peers and especially close friends and relatives to embrace the same attitude and mindset. Ecosystems, where all participants treat security seriously, are less attractive to cybercriminals. In addition, while on social media or forums, do not mention what cryptocurrency exchange or wallet you use.

Although passwords and encryption can protect from thieves, it is not able to put a stop to key-loggers or another malware. It is important to install and keep up-to-date leading antivirus and antimalware solutions, many of which are free to use.

In order to secure your account, you should do create backups. Kept in a secure place, a backup of your cryptocurrency wallet may save you from hardware failures and a lot of human slipups. It will also let you restore your wallet in case your PC or telephone gets stolen.

I agree with you. 2fa is easily the best way to secure your accounts. So many people underestimate how vital 2fa truly is and end up losing their hard earned money just because they were too lazy to secure their accounts using 2fa. I have personally been attacked by hackers in the past, but they could not rob a single penny from me since my accounts were secured using 2 factor authentication. Apart from this, I also advise keeping your private keys safe and do not download softwares(wallets) which you don't know particularly well since majority of these softwares contain viruses(keyloggers).

Be sure to choose a very difficult and lengthy password, desirably a passphrase. Write it down on paper and store that piece of paper in a secret place. In addition, turn on two-factor-authorization not only for login but for any transaction procedures.
