Hey all. Just trying to find 3 coins. What site would people recommend that is safe for both users and won't require  a ton of hassle?

I found a guy in my area on a local bitcoin forum.  He'll just give me them for bank deposit/cash.  It's so hard to get BTC in New Zealand  Undecided
