My first real app. I'm creating a native cross platform random number generator. I will be accepting Bitcoin along with PayPal.

You are aware of countless open source random number generators?
Furthermore there is absolutly no usefull information about your rng.

Is it sufficient for cryptographic use? What about Benchmarks? Does it pass diehard?
What periodizity?
And you expect anyone to spend money on this?

For example ARS-5 contained in the free random-123 lib has a periode of 2^128, passes all known randomness tests, and achieves a performence of 17.8 GB/s on a 3 year old intel xeon x5667.

I don't think the OP even knows what you're talking about. He probably just searched "how to create a RNG" on Google and copypasted code Smiley
