Hi.

I made alt-coin, BitcoinEssence.

http://www.bitcoinessence.org
http://www.bitcoinessence.info

What is BitcoinEssence?
BitcoinEssence is a lite version of Bitcoin using Scrypt as a Proof-Of-Work algorithm.

15 second block targets
Transaction speed is in few seconds
subsidy halves in 1,575,000 blocks (9 months)
2,100,000,000 total coins
500 coins per block
25% of total coins were premined for develop, marketing cost, pre-sale, 75% of total coins is reserved for mining
The rest is the same as Bitcoin.

Look around and feel free to download and mine!

How to mine?

Download wallet and at menu,
[Help]-[Debug Window]
->[Console] tab,
type "setgenerate true", then mining start!   For turn off, "setgenerate false"

Also, now on private sale!

Contact me for detail.

Thanks.

The network tries to produce one block per 10 minutes. It does this by automatically adjusting how difficult it is to produce blocks.

I don't know why but the first 2 mines were screwed up, the 3rd one just cleared though.

How do you enable all gpus in console?

the command is just for cpu mining as far as I know

to run on all cpu cores though you need to type it like this

setgenerate true -1

Even with pictures of a team and a fancy website you're not without any risk. Wallet or nodes are a little buggy, but seem to be perfectly fine like any other coin. With just one person wanting to release a coin himself I wouldn't expect it to be error free, but I don't see anything that makes me think it's infected in any way.

I can't wait until everything comes together completely for you for this coin, I'll keep mining until then. Hopefully you'll make us plenty of cash, lol.

Makes me wish I had an AMD Threadripper though, lol.

a lot of work has to be done, not all of us are newbies in this kind of projects... Gather a team, because I don't think one person can do all the work of a project. We need to see a clear white paper with the roadmap of ur project or else I look at it as some sort of SCAM or SHIT Project
