the problem with panic sells these days is the fact that last year's constant rise brought in a lot of newbies which are making up the weak hands right now. and these weak hands expect big rises, only rises from this market and when they don't see constant rise they think it is the end of the world and can not accept an stable price for bitcoin.

on top of that we have a lot of FUD from all around the world being spread by the media that is creating a huge sell pressure in the market. to be honest it is really big how bitcoin is resisting all that sell pressure and is not breaking down!

Panic selling while the market is on a breakdown, decreasing or in deflation will just make the things worse as selling will tend to much lower prices in the end all of us will suffer. Patience is a great need, a necessity for all of us holders and our main enemy is those who has a weak mind doing panic selling after a low cost loss on a coin. Keep in mind that lower prices will catch the eyes of investors.

Hmm.. I learnt my lesson in 2015, when I sold my coins at $200 per coin. Had I held on to my coins, then I would have been able to purchase my own house by now. I still haven't lost hope, and I hope to purchase a house one day from the returns from my BTC stash.

Many bitcoin holders are doing panic selling when bitcoin experiences crash or when its price is going down. Instead of just holding their bitcoin, they just sell it even with a low price and they will lose a lot of money that they invest in bitcoin. Those people are not patient and will not experience being successful in the future.

You are right. We can participate to make bitcoin price not decreasing more by not selling our bitcoin and cryptocurrencies (HODLING).
panic selling is like a snow ball effect. If one selling because panic, the others panic too and selling, and the others think like :
'Whoa, bitcoin price gonna falling, better to sell it now before falling more'. And that will make bitcoin price worse. not only bitcoin, but
