You can look up a video on Bollinger bands and buy when the dip is below the bands. It will usually go up shortly afterward. If that's too technical for you, you can always just hold for a few months/year. Eventually it will go back up. Can't just go down forever or no one would be in this market.

There is a strategy adopted by the pros when this is done and that is that when the market goes into the down phase you transition to placing all of your coins into the tether currency and when  that expires and the make goes up you put and invest your money I to the desirable cryptocurrencies

if you are not good techninal anylisator, youre better to exit market. market is too difficult to be predicted now
