When you ask questions about getting referrals, you veer into the affiliate marketing side of things. And if you use Google you'll find plenty of helpful answers.

You need to find a large platform with lots of visitors that allow the spamming referral links. Bitcointalk.org allows that in your signature. You have to choose a platform that is relevant to crypto, like Medium, Steemit ---- as long as they allow referral links.

I guess it's time to open up so blogger, blogspot, wordpress free accouns and start blogging on them, gaining some monthly traffic, then pasting your referral links there.

There are also freelance exchanges where students and housewives perform small tasks for little money. It can be registration by reference, evaluation of comments and the like. This is not entirely fair to the community, but others sometimes resort to similar services
