Can't access bitcoin.org through Tor

Is it just me?

When I try, I immediately receive a timeout error. Like, timeout of less than one second!

And I see that bitcoin.org is not down: http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/bitcoin.org

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.
