Yes it does fall on Sundays. I just checked out coinmarketcap.com. The data confirms that there is a slight fall on Sunday morning and recovers back with bit positive deviation compared to morning. If you even look at common holidays, there have been slight dumps. So investors investing on holidays are less compared to other working days. This would be a reason for this dump.
