Bitcoin already has a big name in a crypto so want any people still interested to use bitcoin even bitcoin enthusiasts growing every day. Yup, as you mentioned, its main strength is the brand and from that it affects some other things such as receipt of cryptocurrency transactions that are still limited to some cryptocoins only. Then the people hodl bitcoin hoping the price will continue to increase, like happened few months ago.
