More and more countries are following the bitcoin banned China, and most recently India, the second largest country after china with a population of more than 1.3 billion, surely this is bad and can induce panicky Indian users to sell their bitcoins.
Exactly, not only India but also many other countries impose a ban in using bitcoin. Yep, one of the most countries that take a big ban in bitcoin is China, that period is such a crutch time of bitcoin market. I take it for granted because much bad news that is about every country’s governments is trying to ban bitcoin from using. Personally, I think that they will never put off their plan because bitcoin or cryptocurrency is a big market, which is used in various parts of the world and especially it does not belong to any manager. Even some big business  like Samsung is joining in bitcoin market, it’s a pretty good news. I hope that someday all users can have a chance for using bitcoin easily.

Any one From India?

Is it true that Cryptos will be banned in India??

Do we have to Pay taxes to Indian Govt. For keeping Cryptos

Base on what I read, bitcoin was not ban in India. The government accept bitcoin or allow their people to use bitcoin for trading or any transaction but there is rules for using it. And that was good, if all government in the world accept bitcoin there is a possibility that many people will have a better life with the help of bitcoin because many people have now a successful life with bitcoin.

I am not from india, but I know that is true there is a ban crypto there. Before the ban, Indian government has often issued a warnings to against crypto. It's been a month since the Indian central bank or Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has ordered banks and financial institutions under its control to stop providing crypto currency exchange services. The central bank has given watu to the bank for three months to end their relationship with crypto operators. However, since the decision, the volume of currency trading crypto in India even increased dramatically.
People rushed to take advantage of RBI's three-month window by more actively entering in market. If an investor enters this moment then the move allows the investor to convert the rupee into a crypto currency.

Actually the ones banning these governments are the bankers, because they are threatened by the loss of customers, because investors will switch to crypto investment because in crypto the absolute advantage is taken by ourselves, and the government that understands about crypto will always support, because for the sake of economic progress its people.

Agreed. This is not happening only for India and it is happening through out the world. Mostly banks and other financial institutions are using governments to ban crypto to make banks survive. There are so much of pressure from banks to governments on this and most of the banks are governed by government so they take these step of banning and considering the welfare and economic growth of people.

It is wrong to say that bitcoin has been banned in India .  Though Reserve Bank of India the Indian central bank instructed the banks of India not to allow their customers to buy bitcoin by debit to the accounts maintained with them. so now while purchasing bitcoin no one can buy bitcoin through his bank account.

Regret is a country that forbids anything about Bitcoin, it is not legalized in this country. This market does not exist here, but there are a lot of people in the place.

India Banned Bitcoin! Is It True?

I will share an article about the misconceptions with regards to this topic.

There are a lot of misconceptions regarding a recent decision by the Indian government. Various sources claim India has banned Bitcoin trading. That is not the case whatsoever. Instead, the RBI is ending its relationship between its own banks and any user or corporation dealing with cryptocurrencies. According to Unocoin, there isn’t much to be worried about. There is no ban on Bitcoin and no indication the RBI deems it an illegal currency. No funds have been frozen either, and exchange users can continue to use the platform as they always have. With no banks alerting Unocoin of any impending changes, business will resume as normal until stated otherwise.

The government in india is working on actively ragulating cryptocurrency. But we can't determine on how that will play in india. Therefore Bitcoin is not banned in the country.

if the government still imposes tax on the owner of crypto, it should be all the assets in the form of crypto legal
and should get a legal umbrella
this is unfair, if the government categorizes crypto as an illegal asset

every country's view of the btc is different. let alone btc is currently experiencing such a high decline. causing many countries to think twice before taking further action. but my view is hopefully btc it will experience an increase again, although the current state of India has banned the development of btc.

Although Bitcoin is approved in many countries, Bitcoin is not allowed in India. Inda's President Narendra Modi has banned the grant of Bitcoin approval.

This is absolutely right. And it seems that long time ago, Indian government wanted to completely control Bitcoin, so they banned Bitcoin. However, transactions in India are still in progress, and many Indian citizens are involved in campaigns and investments.

Bitcoin will surely go up again in the future and that is for sure because a lot of big investors are now getting into bitcoin and since the price of bitcoin is dropping it makes its market even more attractive than before because of the opportunity that it shows to the possible investors or traders since they can make money because of the volatility.
