Been keep in an eye on the bit stamp price today,  sky rocketing to 137$ and still rising, what's going on?

High trading volume in China and the debt ceiling impasse still on, with the markets opening tomorrow. I guess.

It went went from 128 to 138 in 3 hours I I think that's a big increase

It's about time Bitcoin price rise, but its about to drop......

100% fundamental due to economic news out of Asia Pacific (China and AU) as well as the fact that most of the world assumed a debit ceiling fix in the US would have been announced over the weekend.

As the US equity markets fall on Monday there should be a bit more push in this spike.
