I just started my Mining Company, for the moment i don't have a lot of Ghs but i am slowly expanding my farm. I want to start a security where i will sell shares. I am not very experimented in this and don't think will be able to handle all the work by myself.

Perhaps a couple of questions you could answer for everyone, so that we could get a better idea of your situation.

What country is the mining equipment based in?

How many shareholders are you thinking of having?  Would it be under 50 people?
