I see CampBX has been down tonite for at least a couple of hours. Are they the #1 U.S. exchange? I know of Coinbase, I see some others in the works in Beta. All in all , U.S. based exchanges are not household names in the Bitcoin world. Can anyone recommend quality U.S. based exchanges?
