Not all of them pay you with their token, sometimes it goes 50% their token and the rest is in ethereum or bitcoin, Sometimes its 100% in ethereum/bitcoin cause the manager demand it that way. But afterall is not more than 10%-20% of total bounty campaign budget.

What do you mean bankster cartell or billionaires? Which ICO was ran by a bankster cartell?
There are some ICOs that pay the managers in dollars or bitcoin, I think they are not that rare. And I don't agree with you that they are not successful ICOs. The opposite, they need to be successful so that developers can afford to pay managers. If they weren't successful, how would they pay them.

I also think that the salaries of managers and administrators depends on the success of ICO itself if the ICO fails they still get a salary but the amount may be small.

Payments depend on the project that you will be running as an administrator but more often payments are higher as compared to other campaigns because of the load of work assigned. Mostly ICOs pay with their tokens, some pay with their tokens with etherium or bitcoin. Good luck!

The administrator or manager's pay is usually higher than that of bounty hunters. The managerial work is very demanding thus their pay is very high and sometimes they even get the opportunity to also join the bounty campaign.

I think they are being paid using some of the altcoins in the project and they get a few percent of the total token supply. and this I think will greatly benefit from the administration because they already have shares without having to think of anything else.

Some bounty campaign state on their Bounty thread how mush or what are the amounts they could get after the end of the bounty, have you encounter a bounty poll that says: " two percent of total tokens are reserved for the bounty campaign manager and admin"?

But other keep it private, depend on the contract you might be having with the team when you handle their ICO.

It have to be. Because in any case - bounty voluntary, but admin have to work all time.

As far as I know, reward to administrators of ICO is paid in both tokens of the project and in basic crypto-currencies - Bitcoin, Ethereum, Waves.

Average telegram admin would be 1ETH per campaign that is why it is good to joing in telegram campaigns you would only asnwer the questions of the people in their telegram group and you can easily get your stakes or btc,eth after the ICO has successfully ended,i have been joining these telegram ICO because it could give extra income while doing bounty campaigns.
