Reasonably, I won't think that the payment of the administrators of the ico would only be based on just the success of the ico, so what if the ico didn't succeed or turns out to be total fraud, what would happen to him? With this reason, I'm thinking a contract would have been signed for payment either with any payment coin like bitcoin or etheruem before he commences work. However, Addition of ico coin is possible as a benefit for working with the company.

Meanwhile, I think the campaign managers here can give a proper response and direction on this educating question raised.

Do not count money in other people's pockets. Administrators are paid for their work and we are all happy when they work well, answer and solve problems. When the admins are silent - this is a sign of the bad, and it's time to refuse the bounty, so as not to regret it later.

Too easy, just pm the admin in their telegram group and tell them that you want to have participation with tha campaign, ask them if you could apply as a telegram support so that you can help them to manage the community, you will get paid depends on the experience or your rank in bitcointalk, knowledge with the campaign is compulsary so read the whitepaper first before applying because they could ask sone question on the spot.

I always wondered how much salary the administrator of the ICO, well, for example, who answers questions in a telegram or signature?
I think that this depends  on the project and can change by 5 times or more. It all depends on the level of Ico and the amount and quality of the administrator's work.

I am joining these ICOs in their telegram groups and i can say the income would be better if the ICO has reached the hardcap but normally i would get 50% tokens and 50% ethereum/bitcoin when the ICO has successfully ended, average salary is 0.8 to 1.5ETH in my case, this is very easy task answering all the questions in their telegram group.

I dont thik there is fix salary per ICO but the developer team pays the fix percentage of their bounty tokens like 5-10%. Some developer team pays 50% in bitcoin or ether and 50% of their own tokens. But the question is when will they get payment, if the project not successful will they get paid or not?

It depends on how much bounty allocation they will fund, Some developers will give upfront payment but they pay it on bitcoin after the ICO ends they will give 5-10% of total supply. But it depends on how the conversation would it be.

for simple tasks as answering telegram or posting on twitter - you can calculate approximate reward if the project is successful.
another part are bounty managers - they have the worst and hardest part for ICO bounty.

From what I know it all depend on the success of the project, if the ICO of the project becomes successful then the Admin will be paid certain amount from the tokens sale, I don't think they are paid in fiat no matter what. So it not depend on the amount of time the Admin decided to wait before selling his tokens

I always wondered how much salary the administrator of the ICO, well, for example, who answers questions in a telegram or signature?
There wasa time i thought of applying for such position as well and i was wondering what their pay would be. First, the renumeration might depend on the kind of project they are managing, that is how big the project is. Then sometimes, it might be based on agreement. You an bargain with them on the amount you want to collect.
Then they too will choose the medium through which they want to pay.
