If I see in the joining campaign that the team does not exclude the KYC verification for the signatory campaign participants, then irrespective of whether the ICO project is promising or not, I am fundamentally not joining this campaign. I believe that the ICO team does not have the right to require signature campaign participants to undergo such a check, since such a check is made for investors to exclude possible investment by means obtained illegally. Participants in the signature campaign are not investors and therefore there is no sense in requiring them to provide identification information and copies of passports.
