All I see when researching them online are warnings from other users and scam accusations. Perhaps it would be prudent to look elsewhere for an exchange site?

Even I have seen many negative reviews of yobit online and people suggesting not to use it on telegram too. It would be good to use other exchanges.

Maybe you put a wrong address. I just trade and make some withdrawal on yobit for the last couple of month. And i withdraw yesterday the transaction is fast. I receive my bitcoin in just nearly an hour.

This can go for any exchange honestly. I've seen the same activity from Bittrex, Poloniex, GDAX. It's sort of an unavoidable dilemma. Many exchanges aren't prepared for the amount of customer support that is necessary for the volume of customers they have when they begin (or for this matter even years after it's establishment). Because of the rising popularity of crypto, we are seeing more and more delayed tickets and just crap service, because as I see it most exchanges only have a handful of customer support representatives.

OP isn't talking about bitcoin withdrawal but Universal withdrawal. It's an altcoin with the ticker symbol of UNIT.

To OP, I never experienced transferring an altcoin as Yobit as sender because of the obvious reason. Try to asked your fellow UNIT owners at their ANN thread and check if there's a same case. If none then you have no choice but to wait for Yobit's response. 4 or 5 days is still considered as short timeframe for Yobit's support to respond concerning altcoin withdrawals problem.

If you have BTC0.02 balanced their then you can shouting at their trollbox and hunt those board admins. It's kind of effective to some users. Or already accept that the funds were loss now.
