Hi, you can get some ideas by searching on ICO’s that offered real estate. Try to look on PROPY’s white paper. It is a real estate type of business powered by blockchain. There are also other real estate project that has successful ICO. Hope that you get some answers by looking on their white paper and after ICO reviews.

A real estate transaction involves many middlemen that blockchain can eliminate. There has been
one real estate transaction done using Propy's platform in Vermont state recently. Google to read its details.

The only possible thing from blockchain to remove the middle mans. Blockchain is about the automation based on the distributed ledger system. I see another real estate project just like REX. It looks like propy has built a working platform. The blockchain will help real estate transaction to increase its speed and transparance in the transaction process. In the conclusion blockchain gives so many impact to the real estate market.

That is one of the most useful things in using blockchain, lessening the unwanted fees and payments of the middleman for a certain property to be sold. There also a lot real estate that are utilizing blockchain now and maybe you could state the difference from their project as well as their team and roadmaps.

Will do useful, rather so. After all, now no agency concludes transactions on the basis of crypto-currencies, which are still not clear how to officially conduct. But between the participants, I heard a couple of transactions such really were, but the consequences are unknown. So you need a settlement.

yep, finished reading the whitepaper of Propy. It's like ebay but designed especially for real estate. The transaction for buying and selling properties are easier and hassle free to the parties involved. reducing unwanted middlemen makes it easier and the transaction is much faster. I also read an interesting ICO, AQwire. according to their whitepaper they claim that the buyer can have a discount of the property of 10%- 30% due to reducing middlemen.

Depend on which real estate bussines you mean by your question. If what you mean is rent of property it could solve high fees in rental real estate. I think the most developed project for it is atlant and also we have bee token which will be used for renting properties. But project for renting real estate looked like need more time to grow compare to any other project.

The idea of using blockchain on real estate are on point. The fees and charges on the middleman will be lessen because they dont be needed anymore. The only problem is that they will loose their job. The security and accuracy of data is somehow increases. All information will be opened on a single time. Real estates need this one.

I'm currently looking at Genesis and it seems to be tackling real estate on blockchain well enough. Plus some credible backers behind the project too

I saw couple of projects seeking to do this but I am very skeptical. Legal issues would be greater as it will be hard to make people accept using coins as transactions for valuable thing like real estates.. My guess.

With help of blockchain any transaction made become more faster and easier we all know that in real estate there's alot of procedure and requirements to be accomplished, and it generates excessive expenses. With that reason it would be wise for real estate company to apply this technology as their transaction based proceedings. It would benefit for both parties.

Real Estate are big tickets and putting this in blockchain or creating a coin for this is something that is challenging. But definitely it is possible but it need a lot of regulation. Good luck to this sector. Hope it will be successful.

I think all these real estate projects using  blockchains are just riding the hype, most of them have been able to raise significant amount of money from the space and have failed to deliver any thing worth it for the investors. I don't think real estate and blockchain technology can miss

I have seen iCO's claiming to do this for years , and nobody even came close.
I think blockchain can be useful for the real estate market , but it isn't so easy to enter the market.
A lot of rich people hold a position and won't be so quick to give it up, so i think we won't see it happening for a couple of years.

I also like the idea of real estate market, but I think they will not be reached easily since it is very hard technically and I think there will be a long way to go, Let us wait for that in the future.

Yes bro there are already a lot of working blockchain based real estate projects and platforms, you can have a look at propy, real, atlant, genesis, smart re and many more, most of them are still under development, i think propy is already launched with its platform already. Many more real estate based projects are coming too.
