Best exchanges for an altcoin to list on...

Apologies ahead of time if this is the wrong forum..

Our ICO just got going.  However, it's never to early to start looking at Exchange(s) we might want to list our token on.

We feel very strongly about building and nurturing a strong community of token contributors, and that's why important to us to hear what people think about the different Exchanges.  If the Exchange doesn't meet the needs of our token holders, then what's the point, right.

I see many friends of mine use Binance as their main exchange. But if you know any exchange which is better, can you share for me?
