Hi all I have just seen this Ad: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/202254404752

Seems like a really good thing to buy I'm just wondering how cheap I can get them for or if you guys/girls think. Good buy if I can get it cheap right?
Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

he will not take paypal for it.

this means he is very likely a scammer.

I guess if you are close enough to do a cash on pickup thing, then go for it.  I would NOT send crypto to them for it though.

Nothing wrong with Cash on Delivery, its used by many distributors and is easy. The only issue is since you are ordering on eBay you must open the box on arrival before you pay for it. The delivery carrier should allow you to open the box and inspect before acceptance and paying, so you will need to open it and make sure everything is there then you can pay.

I would NOT do a COD with this item.  I would go to their location and pick it up, see everything in front of you before paying.  Easy enough.

On my end it looks like PayPal is accepted. Am I missing something?

He said he had a $1000 limit.  In any case that item listing was removed by eBay (geee wonder why).

I don't think eBay would approve of the payment type he listed.  They are picky sometimes.

On my end it looks like PayPal is accepted. Am I missing something?
