Well i think ripple's price will not move as much as before this would take months or years unless that any big news or bitcoin moves up again just like in happened on late 2017 but the problem is ripple is slowly "falling from the moon" but still stable enough than his competitiors in cryptomarket.

Indeed this is a very undervalued coin since the technology is more superior than any other coins in coinmarketcap and despite of huge investors in ripple they are atill undervalued.

IMO Ripple is floating around a buck not because it's stable coin, but because BTC is floating in 8-11K range from a long time.

I have some XRP's for just in case, as a coin in Top 10. But I'm trying to avoiding it. I could suggest you the same.

falling from $1+ down to $0.8 is more than 20% loss, and this means it is not only NOT stable but also it is getting dumped hard.

not to mention that price was $3.7 not so long ago which makes this DUMP that much harder as big as -78% drop.

Currently, XRP is again on dip just like any other alts on the market today. In my opinion, I would say that Ripple may be back on track in the coming weeks but definitely it will not able to reach more than $3.0 USD within the year as most of the alts depend on the rise of bitcoin. Because of the resistance that is currently happening, price value of XRP will most likely to fluctuate same with the other alts.

Yes, the value of ripple is revolving around $1 mark because bitcoin is also floating around 10000$. There is no significant movement is the whole crypto market, which is preventing XRP from rising above that value. As soon as the market recovers and sees a bullish trend, XRP will rise for sure and so will the other crypto currencies. You own some XRP, still you are trying to avoid it? I don’t see why people cant understand what they have invested in and believe in the technology of the coin and the project. Ripple is solving some real world financial problems and is proving some real useful in real life, whereas most of the other coins are just scams.

Ripple XRP is not the only crypto currencies in the crypto market that has fallen more than half of its value since December. There are other cryptos such as bitcoin which fell to a low of 6000$ after hitting almost 20000$ and there is ethereum that hit 600$ after hitting all time high of 1400$.

So its not just ripple, that has lost its value, the world crypto market has lost its value by more than half. Crypto isn’t stable at all, it fluctuates with the movement of the market and it can fall below 0.7$ if market crashes to that point.

XRP will surely be more than its all time high by the end of 2018 as the piloting ends and institutions actually start using it and making transactions of trillions of dollars through it. it’s the whole market that is stable within a range of values, not just ripple.

I can not agree, general bear trend can drag Ripple even below $0.5. Looking at the chart, the next significant support level lies around $0.28. And don't forget about negative fundamentals of Ripple (centralizatiion, supply manipulation, etc. .. largely discussed in this forum).

Not sure about taking years, but am pretty much sure ripple’s price will skyrocket again for once before the end of the year 2018. Ripple is undervalued currently cause people just panic sold when they heard that it wasn’t going to be added on coinbase.

The main reason that is holding back the price of XRP is that it is still in the piloting mode with most of the large banks and financial institution. As soon as the piloting phase ends and investors find it useful and comfortable, they will start implementing its use of large scale.

That will be the time when daily trillions of dollars of transaction will take place via XRP which will increase the trade volume enormously and therefore increase the demand as well as the price.

Whatever analyst said but ripple's trend depends on the crypto's trend itself. I meant whatever has done by ripple but it looks like still pegged with the bitcoin itself. And that will be preventing ripple to worth a lot ion the future as per analyst said. But is there a factor that can make ripple touch $10 this year? That doesn't a reasonable reason in my opinion. Is there a new protocol or what? At least ripple try to copy paste smartcontract.
