Good evening. Suppose that the seller refused to deliver the goods in a timely manner. How does this affect his rating?

Let's say that I am not satisfied with the quality of the product, and the seller refuses to acknowledge it. Who will settle our dispute?

Two-tier dispute arbitration. First, 2 selected Ubcoin users with high enough rating and relevant to the geography, product, type of sale that is in dispute. If the dispute parties are not satisfied with the user arbitration, it goes to Ubcoin arbiter who is a support staff member of Ubcoin.
Guilty party rating is decreased. Repeat offenders are suspended for some time. Worst offenders are banned

Hi. I’ve tried the app out – it’s convenient, but it isnt global enough. Perhaps, it worth to allocate some part of funds collected during the ICO on finalization?

We will definitely work in this! Thank you for your suggestion!

Which blockchain will be used in your solution? Explain your choice please.

Ethereum. It is best suited from the standpoint of platform maturity, and especially support of various smart-contract options we plan to employ at Ubcoin. From review of existing alternatives (which emerge daily), this one provides the most stability and is market-ready for commercial use

How are you planning to increase the level cryptocurrencies’ credibility? As you’ve written in the WP yourself, many keep be leery of them.

Excellent question. Step 1: say what you're going to do and do what you said you were going to do. We will deliver the product according to our roadmap and timeline. Step 2: Intrinsic utility value. The tokens hold intrinsic value as a means of settlement on the marketplace, paying fees and setting commission schedules. Hype evaporates, and real demand and supply stays. We spend the proceeds on developing the technology and on bringing large number of users to the marketplace, thus increasing utility demand for the token. Step 3: Assets are worth something if they exhibit liquidity. For that, we are listing UBC on leading exchanges to allow frictionless buying and selling of UBC. Step 4: Protect your investors: Supply of tokens is limited, it's not minable. No new tokens are released by the company at prices undercutting ICO investors. Step 5: Manage volatility. A reserve pool of tokens is set aside to allow to mitigate possible volatility or concerted efforts to manipulate UBC exchange rate, as a protection against pump-and-dump schemes. Step 6: Reward your investors: Up to 10% of the platforms net operating income will be spent on buying back tokens in the market. Step 7: Increase scarcity of tokens: 5% of all fees collected by Ubcoin from transactions in UBC will be irrevocably burned, thus diminishing supply of tokens and increasing the value of the remaining tokens.

Ultimately, from value standpoint, crypto tokens are favorably distinguished from fiat in that they are not subject to inflation or blatant government printing, and from minable coins - that the supply is predetermined and calculable, which provides a clear algorithm for setting the value of the tokens.

This text on the website: Every 2nd smartphone sold in CIS countries is packed with Ubank app onboard preinstalled as a default app. I was left with a doubt, so Ubcoin is already operating well before even performing ICO?

Correct, Ubank is long operating with over 16 million installations in several Eastern European and Central Asian countries. Ubcoin is a new feature of Ubank, it will be built right into the existing Ubank app, thus delivering immediate access to Ubcoin Market to all of current Ubank users and enjoying the same preinstallation agreements for distributioin. Our roadmamp shows how we want to take Ubcoin global and make it available outside the current 12 countries we operate as of today.

Hello. AliExpress has a certain period of protection for customers, and will there be anything like that on Ubcoin?

I became interested in the way in which you plan to attract miners to work on the platform. Is there any marketing strategy for this purpose?

UBC is not minable. We utilize Ethereum platofrm, which does a pretty good job of attracting miners itself. Those ETH can be exchanged for UBC to conduct purchases and sales on Ubcoin Marketplace.

Hey there. Many experts predict strengthening of regulation of cryptocurrencies in the near future. Wont this become an obstacle for platform’s development?

Regulation of previously unregulated industries, as history shows, exponentially increases the industry and market size. The reason for that is the removal of many risks and uncertainties inherent in WildWest-type markets. As risks are removed, the industry becomes more appealing to mass consumers and institutional investors. Therefore, we welcome regulation of the industry. However, we believe that regulation of crypto world may differ quite substantially since crypto and blockchain are based on decentralization, which is the antithesis of regulation. Therefore, our initial focus is peer-to-peer transactions, which do not rely as much on solid regulation. We envision bringing onboard small and medium enterprises in about 1 years time as rules become more transparent in terms of taxation, accounting, legal enforcement. Big businesses will come later once major risks are removed.

Is it obligatory for the seller and the buyer to meet in person? Sometimes it's much easier to use the delivery service.

totally agree if the use of service delivery is an alternative way which have many excess, because it's mostly  sellers and buyers involve delivery service as one means their service with so distance is not a barrier for them to make a transaction

Good evening. It seems to me that you could reduce the release of tokens without compromising their functionality. How do you like this idea?

Will it be possible to purchase UBcoin tokens via online banking? This would significantly expand the audience of potential investors.
