Shady casino always do this , they do allows you to play as long as they think it's cost nothing but profit for them even though you did broke their terms. But once you win big they'll try everything to prevent you have the money that actually you've won there. I'd say it's only miracle could help you out to get the fair result , to get a win win solution , bitstarz aren't a good place to put your money in to play , some of my colleague did feel scammed with them several years ago due this terms game. You are a Bitcoin Gambling Site, your argument on proving that he is using multiple accounts and also linking his card seems to be not right. Yes it is money but your are a Bitcoin gambling site players who are betting in your site wants to remain anonymous and they don't want to be process like any normal gambling site. Closing his account now which he have won big seems to be not right as you are not letting him have the money he won.  You must know that he has the right to his money and having multiple accounts does not prove that he have cheated on winning big on one of them.

Been reading up and this is really a shady act which a certain casino do make alibis or creating problems which the main issue here is on his big winnings.If a player do lose up the casino have no complaints on it and no such actions been made but if someone do able to make some big wins then they do start to make issues which isnt really right at all. I have seen this casino do this to many other players who go to their casino in the past.
They claim they have multiple logins and accuse them of cheating them from bonuses given to those account or accounts in question.

This entire conversation could have been done in personal messages, while the player is in clear violation I don't understand the rules. They don't want you to have more than one account and won't pay if you win in another account but they very nicely allow the deposits to take place in multiple accounts. I feel if not the winning amount then his deposit should be returned along with interest. I'm not the best person to say this, but considering so many red on their profile it's kind of risky to play isn't it? I agree with Boxxob here, there're so many casinos out here, and each time you open their thread someone complaining but at bitdice I rarely seen complaints but make a decision for yourself.

While the conversations from @bitstars.net were fairly civil, sans the near-privacy exposé in their screenshot, the responsible thing to do in this situation would have been to allow the user to withdraw their winnings, and then close their account. That is unless, of course, fraud or cheating was committed, which hasn't been proven by the operator of the casino.

As per the BitStarz Terms & Conditions, it states:

You are allowed to have only one Member Account. Only one Account for each household, IP, PC is allowed. If you attempt to open more than one Member Account, all accounts you try to open may be blocked or closed and any bets may be voided. The user here obviously had multiple accounts, but if they, in fact, did reach out to you via your support, then they obviously did read this term and attempted to do things the proper way.

I don't know who's to blame here, but as an outsider looking in, I will say that the behavior not to pay this user (and subsequently banning their account), unless the user gamed or cheated the system, is a bit more "shady" than the user violating T's & C's in creating more than one account. Yes, it's against your terms. But now that this issue has been made public, you could have gained more credibility and clout from having allowed the withdrawal and then closing the user's account.

That's just my 2 cents.
