Hello everyone,
I see what is happening here and I decided to share my thoughts
BAIKAL B was released with the price of $1200 and shipping directly from BAIKAL or asicminermarket that is basically baikal behind .... and then they came with the price of $3500 and later on $7000/ piece ....
If the 1st batch was costing $1200, production cost was $300 max ... why BAIKAL are you overprice your products ?

Baikal Giant+ was release at $8000 and they had very few sales and the price started to drop and drop
at the end you could buy it with $1300 direct from Baikal but they were shipping you all the defect ones (leftovers )
Asicminermarket again was begging for reviews and support in the forum here....
So basicaly baikal was begging to sell their unsuccessful miners
In this period summer 2017 if you was not buying BAIKAL and you was holding BTC you could multiply x10 your money ....

Baikal N
$3600 and strictly MOQ: 6 units this is a joke
Production cost is max $190/ unit and they want to make easy cash by overpricing again
Asicminermarket have it $3800 ....
So why someone to buy a cryptonight miner when in 20 days is coming the Hard Fork and every cryptonight coin will switch to that
Baikal convince me why I should buy it ? why ? Why I should risk my money and not hold coins instead ?
If you drop the price to $900 like bitmain did for the doorstops A3 yes i will risk it then but now it looks a proper scam.
Are these units Brand new ? I didn't see them mention that ! or hardly used as they use to do ?

I liked the Baikal concert by supporting home miners and selling 1-2 units per buyer at a normal price of $250-$500 ... but now what ? You support the farms ?

Drop the price and we will BUY ! REMOVE THIS MOQ: 6 units ! It's a joke !

ps: I am not a newbie don;t worry

No comments ? Shocked

why do you think the baikal giant-n cost only 190 usd to build?

the major problem with asics is they come into small hash markets

1 balaki = 20 amd vegas .

so they sell and flood the market out.

and morons buy the gear.  destroying the coin pricee  that now mines  so easy

It's definitely more than $190 to build lol, also keep in mind that $3600 price doesn't include shipping or a power supply, so it could easily get up to $24k for ordering 6

I wouldn't say its a scam. I'd definitely say its a horrible investment. But then again, no one is pointing a gun at your head and forcing you to buy it.

When they release the BAIKAL X10 for $1200 and then the 3rd batch costs $7000 from Baikal not a re-seller, I call that dirty game !
What's the plan after the cryptonight fork ? Baikal answer !
Baikal are you planning to reprogram the Baikal N in order to continue mining or we will have it as doorstops ?

What a screwy deal... it's almost like they're the GPU miners, and we're the GPU gamers. Mine the machines for however long, and then resell them for more than what you paid for them! (and only because more profit by selling now than continuing mining).

What a business model... no wonder Bitmain is as big as Nvidia. Baikal just wants to be like Big Brother Bitmain. God knows how much Monero they've got at this point. This stuff is really starting to turn me off cryptos. Decentralization my ass.

It's exactly what I'm feeling
The main reason of cryptos is decentralization

And history repeats...a lot of money with few people
And soon only big farms will mine, because they have early access to Asics, they screw a coin without worry about the crypto world

We have Asics makers to, doing a "great job" destroying this idea of cryptos

The have been taking 75% of all the new monero blocks for the past 3 months and maybe a 30%-40% of the blocks average for the previous
4 months before this January.
