i could currently pay 136 (as gift if it's available between us ill cover the small 20 cent or so fee - if only purchase is available between our locations fee is on your side)

casascius 2013 brass 0.5 and 1.0 individuals (0.8 and 1.3 BTC each) and sealed rolls (65 and 40 BTC)

Make sure to do deal with trusted members, check their trust ratings etc..
You can use escrow but it wont help if someone does chargeback.

a One sided escrow should be enough in cases of PayPal and things like it,for example OP sends the BTC's to the middleman and then the buyer sends PP directly to OP.
The only important thing is to be able to provide a proof of payment which is quite easy in PP.
