"In a nutshell, the network works like a distributed timestamp server, stamping the first transaction to spend a coin. It takes advantage of the nature of information being easy to spread but hard to stifle." -- Satoshi

I have heard that cheating is common in Counter-strike. With real prizes (BTC) incentive only bots will be playing IMHO Grin!

I sorta like this idea. Whats fun about gamers is that they (at least in my experience) are very good at spreading the word to other gamers. They talk, a LOT. Also, if they can use something to buy hardware, thats pretty much good enough for them. So, if this catches on, I can see this becoming huge.

Depends on if whether it's more profitable to be honest vs. Cheater.

When I was chatting up bitcoin while playing Diablo III ealier this year, I would run into someone who knew about bitcoin once every 10-20 players.

I wonder what the stat would be if I played now.  You may have just inspired me to do some D3 market research.
