the project Softcap from the co-founders:
The reason we have no soft cap is quite straightforward.... Typically, the purpose of a soft cap is to say “if we don't raise x amount of money then we are not going to go ahead with the project.” And so the company would agree to give the money back. In the case of NYNJA, they have already started the project (in alpha, near beta and expect to launch in the next 4-6 months). NYNJA will proceed no matter what, so no need for a soft cap.I think, it's great reason to be at this bounty company
