Visit this site https://www.lastonestandingwins.com/
You can play battle roayal games with wagering on yourself with start of $1 via paypal and its working.

That's a good idea of a platform for esports.
However, it doesn't have any traffic and it seems in testing phase. There are not any positive reviews of people who have tried that and won money. I wonder how this platform works in team games such as League of Legends.
It seems like a scam as it says that you get rewarded in your paypal account, thus the money that you bet are not safe.

Its a actually from this company. Its could be huge.

As I can see, a lot of people here are just posting links to their sites and the majority of those sites don't even accept bitcoin. Here is the list of Esports sites that accept Bitcoin:

Right now it is not that hard to look for betting sites that accept crypto with odds on eSports matches such as PUBG, DOTA II, CS:GO, etc. You don't even have to go to strictly eSports betting sites because the majority of the big names such as Sportsbet, Nitrogen Sports, etc are already offering them.

Even before there wasn't any difficulty in looking for a bitcoin sportsbook that have esports. From my experience most of them are still far from the best since they don't have several markets and sometimes missing few games on their list when compared to betting exchanges.

ESports have actually outgrown its old stereotype. ESports are now rising almost to the level of the traditional physical sports. ESPorts tournaments in the past few years are already giving away millions and millions of USD in prizes. I guess there will be a lot more improvements in ESports betting in the coming years due to this. The audience is fast growing so are the bettors.

List of the best eSports Betting Sites see here: http://100bookies.com/best-esports-betting-sites-eng/

I have gone through the given few sites and they are interesting. Come provide live streams too and their payment policies are also clear. If these ranking are based on Alexa rankings , then these rankings can be trustworthy. One site missing in the list which I have come across is spoetsbet. You can try that too.

It's e-sports and I think sportsbet is more known for football because they even have sponsored a team, Watford FC. While the sites on the list are more focusing with e-sports betting.
I can say that those few sites on the list are really popular because they are also sponsoring some famous e-sports team and made their site attached to the usernames of the players. Looks like it's one requirement for their sponsorship and so that people will know their brand and remember their casino.

thats what also i thought  . i think sportsbet mainly foccus on pure sports betting such as soccer but i havent visited this site so im not sure if my speculations were true  ? but i am aware that many sports betting sites nows carry an esport too  . sportsbetting or sportsbook does not always mean that they only support sports  but esports were also mixed on this category   . spornshorhip was only a sponsor and does not dictate that games were related to them  .

Visit them and you will see that they also have e-sports on their bookie, they have LOL, Dota 2 and CS:Go. Many sportsbook does have it but not all of them are into it. E-sports is already considered a sport so expect that they will have it as they wish. I didn't mentioned that there's a relation of sponsors to the actual game, I've just mentioned that the casinos on the list are actually sponsoring some teams because it's part of their marketing and it's good to see that they are supporting the scene.

The biggest problem I have with some of the bigger names offering esports matches is the lack of volume for some of the matches; you just don't get much volume especially on the smaller matches where lesser-known teams are playing, which is somewhat expected, but it's sometimes just much too low for my tastes.

A lot of the more esports-oriented betting sites also offer more resources like livestreams for the matches you're betting on which is helpful for matches where it might not be easy to find streams covering the game you're looking for, whereas the last time I visited NitrogenSports for esports betting I don't recall there was much besides just the match page.

Today there are a lot of gambling sites now are supporting the use of esports betting because they know the potential of this game to give a lot of earnings to their websites, and this is a good opportunity for them. Now it depends on the player how they will win the odds because if we are talking about esports there is a lot of data and analysis created. You can now see the records of the player, statistic, and the files from the previous games, and this time, it is easier to wage and see who's is the team will win.

Although the odds are very poor compared to williamhill or similar bookies. Sportsbet.io is great and offer live odds too but they have way too poor odds, I am sorry to say but that is the truth. While cloudbet offers good bets but I have always been reluctant to bet there because of the past issues like they delayed my withdrawal for 24 hours and no proper reason was given.

I would suggest to try stake because they are pretty amazing offering instant withdrawals and while their odds are not as good as cloudbet they certainly make up for that in their promotions and VIP system on their platform.

By the way there is lootbet too who accept bitcoins but they require ID verification.

I do not really believe in the list especially if it talks about rhe rank of the list. Most likely the top list defines by survey by getting samples from the participants. This means that it is not all will going to participate in the survey and the result will not really tell the top list.

However the list may indicate that those esports betting sites may do good. So, I advise to all the who do the bets to make a careful research before joining. It might be better to start with small bets first to test the site and its platform.

You already mentioned that in the OP so I don't think you need to post it again every time as a reply to anyone.

I haven't been into e-sports betting as much lately but I would have to admit that sportsbet.io has the best coverage as far as I have seen and they cover almost every small league and event. There are LPL (League of Legends) matches daily and you can easily bet there and I haven't tested any other sportsbook for e-sports so can't compare any other with them.

Sportsbet also runs some nice promotions like Return of champions where you can win tshirts and cool bonuses. I am not promoting them but if a website is good, I don't step back from saying good about them.

Most crypto bookies now do offer some several lines for e-sports not only limited to Sportsbet but also in Onehash and Nitrogen but when it comes to
lots of lines offered when i do stick out with;

GG.bet
Loot.bet

These might not be crypto-based but talking for worthy e-sport betting then these places are on point.

For most of the time I bet on sportsbet and thunderpick.
Sportsbet is much better when it comes to sports betting (very good coverage), but I find thunderpick better for esports.
I guess that majority of bettors use more than 1 site.

Thank you for sharing the list of the best esport betting sites, this really helped me choose the best place for esport betting.
Because now the popularity of esports is increasing, it might be because of this pandemic. So many people are at home, to
have lots of time watching esport. I am among those who have watched in several esport tournaments in recent months. So
i want to play esport betting, unlike sports betting, which is easy to find trusted sites. Esport betting sites it's still hard to find
a trusted one, so the information on the esport betting sites list in the opening post is quite helpful.

They are not hard to find, you just have to look at the Gambling section and you will see that there are plenty of them. Many reputable casinos have already started to book for sports and even esports.

Just like stake.
